La Sibilla is in Bacoli, in the Campi Flegrei, a strip of land extending towards the sea. It is a land of myth and legends whose volcanic soils, made up of ash and lapilli, give great expressiveness to their wines, which find new life in the new generations of winemakers, custodians of ancient vineyards among ruins in opus reticulatum and ravenous concrete monsters. Winegrowers for five generations, their philosophy is based on respect for the oenological and gastronomic traditions of pairing and drinkability inherited from their grandparents: simple, balanced, pleasant flavors, with character but never invasive, in a continuous search for the potential of our vines and bottles that defy time.
