

The Piedirosso dei Campi Flegrei, also called "Per’è palummo" for shape and color ripe stalks that resemble a pigeon's foot is a cultivated native vine on a square foot. It is one of the greatest expressions vineyards of the area that has a characteristic bouquet with mineral notes that refer to the volcanic nature of the site.
Ruby red with slight reflections of purple.
Typical hints of pepper and germanium to which cherry is added, and a subtle hint of Mediterranean flowers
Fresh and mineral, lively with good persistence and a pleasant olfactory note of flowers and red fruits.
