Product description
The Piedirosso dei Campi Flegrei, also called "Per’è palummo" for shape and color ripe stalks that resemble a pigeon's foot is a cultivated native vine on a square foot. It is one of the greatest expressions vineyards of the area that has a characteristic bouquet with mineral notes that refer to the volcanic nature of the site.

Ruby red with slight reflections of purple.
Nose
Typical hints of pepper and germanium to which cherry is added, and a subtle hint of Mediterranean flowers
Palate
Fresh and mineral, lively with good persistence and a pleasant olfactory note of flowers and red fruits.

Perfect with all classic Campania dishes such as pizza, eggplant parmigiana, meatballs, sausage & rapini, Neapolitan tortano (heavy bread with mixed cheeses, meats), pasta fagioli, lentil and split-pea soups
