Upon opening, hints of lemon, cedar, and ripe yellow pulp fruit. Evolves to scents of thyme and rosemary and later, smokey notes
Palate
Full and enveloping. Full-bodied, but that it remains fresh, with a marked flavor which extends the finish with elegance in mineral notes.
Pairings
Perfect for fish dishes, but also shellfish and white meats. Suitable for a more complex and refined cuisine.
