Flaio is a special Cuvée crafted by Salvalai, Italy. Salvalai has been producing quality wines since 1870 from the grapes grown in the vineyards on the hills overlooking the Verona shore of Lake Garda. They have long-term leases on their vineyards, and they vinify and bottle all their wines in the same facility affording them great consistency and efficiency. Salvalai makes wines such as the popular Ripasso and the inimitable Amarone and the Verona area's three "Classico" wines (Soave, Bardolino, and Valpolicella) and other wines from national and international varietals throughout Italy.
