The fine wines of Tenuta Iuzzolini are refined with meticulous technique and carefully stored in French oak barriques in the quiet of the ancient barrel cellar. The cellar of the winery is entirely built underground, at a depth of 5 meters. It was built in full recovery and total enhancement of local stones and bricks, dating back to the 18th century. Lovingly modeled, they take visitors on a journey through time to discover an evocative underground world that deserves to be understood and deepened in its customs. We also find history mixed with modern: the ancient aesthetic taste perfectly matches the most modern furnishing and building techniques. The most characteristic rural tradition is enhanced by rare objects typical of the local peasant civilization. On the other hand, the ancestral stone niches give the place a further touch of charm and elegance.
