The winery is located in the charming town of Cirò Marina, situated in Fego-Frassà, where the sea, land, the aroma of the vineyards, and the waves' breeze meet and welcome visitors. The estate covers an area of about 500 hectares of which 100 hectares are planted with specialized vineyards, 50 hectares of centuries-old olive groves, 100 hectares of arable land and the remaining part consisting of pastures and woods for Podolica cattle and Calabrian black pigs. The soils, of clay and sandy calcareous origin, are very fertile because they are rich in natural springs. The entire area, blessed with a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and short, rainy winters, provides ideal conditions for growing grapes and olives.Tenuta Iuzzolini also offers a museum dedicated to ancient crafts in its cellar.
