

The grapes are harvested manually. The vinification starts with a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 4 days, then the mass is heated for a day and continues the fermentation for a week in stainless steel tanks. Maturation: Malolactic fermentation take place in steel tanks where the wine remains until bottling.
