Quintodecimo is the pinnacle of quality in Campania. Luigi Moio started this family estate in 2001 after an impressive resumeof study in Burgundy, consulting throughout Italy and teaching oenology at the University of Naples.The ”Professore” Moio aims to enhance the aromatics compounds and to increase the aging potential, by usingselective extraction, controlled maceration, malolactic fermentation and aging in new oak barrels.The wines are organic. The grown varietals are Aglianico, Falanghina, Fiano di Avellino and Greco di Tufo.The 5 Moons in the logo represents the 5 elements in the viticulture, the 5 phase in the winemaking and the 5senses involved in the tasting of the wines.
