

The Soave district is one of the most important wine-producing areas both within the region and in Italy. It was considered as the first typical production zone, bordered off in 1931 and recognised by Royal decree in 1936 as the first DOC area in the Veneto region (1968) and the first DOCG zone of the Veneto (with Recioto wine, in 1998).
The color is very intense and powerful, always intertwined with slight greenish shades
It exalts peach, tangerine and lemon, as well as anise, fennel, hibiscus and juniper
