Bolle di Borro” is a Classic Method Rosé Wine made with 100% Sangiovese grapes ripened for 60 months on yeasts. A specific Sangiovese vineyard has been selected to make this wine; situated in a fresh territory with day-night temperature excursions and later ripening, this wine enjoys fresh notes, the proper acidity and a low sugar content. Following the creation of Alessandro dal Borro single variety Syrah, this wine represents a new challenge to achieve excellence and a further demonstration of the ability to combine experience and continual research in wine-growing with the desire to create unique products with great personality.
Beautiful rosè-red color
On the nose is rich of crunchy bread crusts reminiscent of the sour freshness of Sangiovese
In the mouth it has a silky and creamy perlage with a juicy sour note typical of Sangiovese
Amazing as an aperitif on its own or enjoyed throughout the entire meal. Oysters on the half shell, berry phyllo tarts, garlic chicken
