Salvalai has been producing quality wines since 1870 from the grapes grown in the vineyards on the hills overlookingthe Verona shore of Lake Garda. They have long-term leases on their vineyards and they vinify and bottle all their wines in the same facility affordingthem great consistency and efficiency. Salvalai makes wines such as the popular Ripasso and the inimitable Amarone, as well as the three "Classico" wines ofthe Verona area (Soave, Bardolino and Valpolicella) and other wines from international varietals.
