Domaine Benoit Cantin covers 16 hectares in the heart of the Irancy AOC, and they have been family-owned for five generations. Benoit Cantin took over in 1994, and does not want to comply with the organic certification regulations in order to keep some extra freedom during winemaking. Even if not certified organic, Domaine Benoit Cantin is part of a program named Biodivine, which aims to protect the Biodiversity in the vineyards.
