Soft and fruity, this wine has a texture that has smoothed out into luscious blackberry flavors. Acidity and a hint of pepper add further interest to the forward fruitiness

Mild cheeses such as goat cheese and creamy young brie (but stinkier cheeses such as Epoisses will overwhelm), seared tuna especially with an Asian accent such as a sesame crust, chicken or rabbit with a creamy mustard sauce, rack of lamb with a herb crust
